We would like to introduce a case study of our precision differential gearbox, the "NSP Series." In a large machining machine considering the use of TCG runners (CPC/CRC4012 type) for workpiece transport, we were looking for a gearbox to use alongside the TCG runner that could withstand high load capacities while leveraging the TCG runner's high positioning accuracy. We would like to introduce a case study of our ultra-thin differential reducer, the "PSR Series." This is a new development project aimed at lowering and compacting the AGV body, and we were searching for a small and thin reducer. By adopting the thin reducer, we were able to reduce the dimensions from the wheels of the AGV to the motor, successfully achieving overall compactness of the body. We received positive feedback for eliminating restrictions on the usage environment due to the compactness of the AGV body, reducing costs during transportation, and improving ease of handling for users.
